Frédéric BECK is a career coach within the career department of the Arts & Métiers Alumni Engineering Association. He has coached a wide variety of engineers ranging from students to senior managers to help them manage their career development.
The coachings are based upon a unique MindHeartBody&Soul approach, developed internally by the A&M Alumni Career department.  In this empowering model, everyone can (re-) discover initiative, power to act and autonomy in choices that make sense for her/him and for the company.
Frédéric’s coaching experience includes over 10 years at Apec and 3 years in outplacement services.  Trained as a coach, he believes everyone has the capacity to grow and to find the resources within.
Joëlle PLANCHE-RYAN manages the career coaching team at the Arts & Métiers Alumni Association Career Department.  She has coached a wide variety of engineers ranging from young graduates to C-level managers to help them manage their career development.

Previously, Joëlle managed the career division at ESCP Europe Alumni after having started her career in strategy consulting. She draws on 18 years of experience, coach training, and a thorough knowledge of the mechanisms of career trajectories, as she has modeled in her book "Boostez votre parcours professionnel avec le mind mapping" published by Eyrolles.

A team of former business owners, these four professionals help engineers from Arts & Métiers and other students/graduates in their business creation projects, mainly in the field of industry and services to industry.
